Pan Symeou, together with counsel, A Power secured the unanimous acquittal of DF following his trial at Harrow Crown Court for the following 5 counts, namely possessing a prohibited firearm, possessing ammunition without a certificate, possessing a firearm when prohibited contrary to S21 Firearms Act, wounding with intent contrary to S18 OAPA 1861 and robbery.

Following a meeting at the complainants house, DF was said to have shot the complainant, causing him a serious injury to his person, some of which was caught on CCTV. Despite having previous convictions for like firearms offences, in addition to having committed offences of a similar nature, and not withstanding DF was on licence at the ime, the defendant was duly acquitted.
