Director

Andy was trained at Blackman Van Emden where he remained after qualifying in 1993. In 2000 he left to head the Family Department of Fellowes Solicitors.

One of the founder members of Faradays Solicitors, he left Fellowes in April 2002 to set up Faradays Solicitors.

Andy headed Faradays’ Civil and Family Departments and has extensive experience in all fields of family law, personal injury and civil law.

Andy acts for clients in all aspects of Children Act Proceedings and Family proceedings and has extensive experience in all fields of family law, personal injury and civil law.  He acts for clients in private law Children Act Proceedings, financial  remedy and Tolata proceedings. He is used to dealing with complex cases whether it is a divorce, disputes over children, finances etc.

Andy also has vast experience in civil law whether it is contract disputes, a claim against an individual or a company. However, he no longer accepts Civil instructions, choosing to concentrate on Family Law.

Career History

After completing his training contract at Blackman Van Emden, Andy qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He continued to work in the Family and Civil Department at Blackman and Blackman until  joining Fellowes Solicitors where he was Head of the Family Department.

2002  Partner and Director at Faradays Solicitors.

Andy has completed several professional development courses in Family Law.

Membership of Family Law Panel since 2005.
