Andrew was trained at Blackman Van Emden where he remained after qualifying in 1993. In 2000 he left to head the Family Department of Fellowes Solicitors.
One of the founder members of Faradays Solicitors, he left Fellowes in April 2002 to set up Faradays Solicitors.
Andrew heads Faradays’ Civil and Family Departments and has extensive experience in all fields of family law, personal injury and civil law.
Andrew acts for clients in all aspects of Children Act Proceedings and Family proceedings. He is used to dealing with complex cases whether it is a divorce, disputes over children, finances etc.
Andrew also has vast experience in civil law whether it is contract disputes, a claim against an individual or a company. Andrew has undertaken cases in the Royal court of Justice as well as the County Court.
In addition to personal injury Andrew also has vast experience in personal injury often undertaking complex personal injury cases which have resulted in substantial damages being received by the client. Andrew undertakes personal injury matters on a “no win, no fee” basis.
