Aynur Duman
Aynur graduated from the University of Surrey with a 2.1 degree in Law and later went on to complete the Legal Practice Court at the College of Law in Guildford.
Before qualifying as a Solicitor, she volunteered at Surrey Law Centre - Guildford Evening Advice Service run by Clyde & Co and the London Centre for Domestic Violence. Prior to joining Faradays Solicitors, Aynur worked at Duncan Lewis and Powell Spencer Solicitors gaining extensive experience.
Aynur joined Faradays in March 2011 as a Paralegal and secured a training contract in April 2012 in the Family and Childcare department, qualifying in September 2013.
Aynur advises on all aspects of public children law, including, care orders, supervision order, emergency protection orders, special guardianship orders and adoption. Aynur also has experience matters concerning FGM protection orders. Aynur has extensive knowledge in private children law matters and represents both applicants and respondents in private law cases, which include applications for Child Arrangements Order, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Parental Responsibility Orders. In addition to advising on divorce including ancillary relief, injunctions and occupation orders she also undertakes her own advocacy.
